Terrible! Purchased a new oven and dryer. In the process of installing the dryer they messed up the plumbing on the washer, (now MY responsibility) as well as took off with the laundry that was in the dryer. As far as the oven goes, only 3 of 4 burners worked on the BRAND NEW OVEN! Terrible experience.

This was the easiest purchase I made in a long time. The salesman was great!
Came out to fix the dryer and broke it more. Was supposed to call back when they got the piece to fix it. Have not heard from them. Tried to call 5+ times and have not heard back. AWFUL service

Actually 1 star is even too good for what was encountered - I was taking care of my Grandchildren and the dryer was "waiting" for a part to come in which took a LONG time and when it dui=id come in the DRYER STILL WAS NOT WORKING so customer service said there was nothin g they could do but wait for the part to come in REALLY with 3 small children without a dryer for 2 months and STILL not in Excellent customer service would be to bring a loaner in this case but that is not happening the next step will be to go to the Better... read more
