I was instructed by the Whirlpool manufacturer that I needed to use Keith's appliances to service my brand new refrigerator. After two service calls that did not fix the issue and three doors at 6 weeks wait time each - they are refusing to service me because I purchased the item through another vendor. They were very blunt and disrespectful and I would never suggest using this vendor for anything!

Hi Bridget... As your appliance was not purchased here, We could only follow the direction of Kitchenaid/Whirlpool Corporation in regard to servicing your appliance. My records show we were shipped the wrong door - twice - by the manufacturer... and lastly we were told by the manufacturer that the last door sent had no defects. Starting Jan 1st we will no longer service outside company's IN WARRANTY items as to avoid issues like this - This means Items purchased at home depot, lowes, sears ect that are still under their manu... read more
I'm very dissatisfied with this company. We bought a washer and dryer that was from the bargain basement. The man who helped us knew we were 45 minutes away and still proceeded to give us the 30 day warranty and told us if anything goes wrong to call and they would send someone out. Well our dryer broke about 15 days after we got it. It took over a week for us to finally get in contact with someone and they told us they don't service our town!! My mother's new washing machine needed repair after a few weeks. Was told it would take 10 days for part to arrive. 2 wks later, still waiting. No offer of a replacement.

All I can say is never again will I purchase there..bought new refrigerator in Nov 2014 ..still not fixed ..now Feb 2015..

Hi Shannon, I am very sorry for the delay in getting your refrigerator repaired. I pulled up the information regarding your new refrigerator and can see that upon delivery it had some cosmetic damage. Our solution was to order you a new door and replace it for you. Large parts, like doors, ect. do tend to take longer to ship to us than something like a replacement element or door gasket. When your appliance needs repair they can't get to you for weeks. Don't waste your time.
Just want to thank you for your prompt, courteous, and accommodating service! When I called and talked with Guy on Monday to buy a washing machine over the phone.....I had lots of requests....I wanted a price match with Home Depot, quick delivery, and a specific time for the delivery....You exceeded my expectations!
