Keith Taylor did a wonderful Job helping both my husband and I get set with our Med a gap insurance! He was very helpful in looking at our needs and fitting the correct insurance to our lifestyle. I spent 7 days trying to work with my daughter's social worker at Yale New Haven to get her on Husky, this was a terrible experience, and she never returned my calls. This was a 7-day run around jump through hoops and time was of the essence because if we got her insurance to late it wouldn't be retro. I was recommended to Keith by a friend, and it was absolutely refreshing to work with him, he had my daughter insured within a couple hours, I will be forever grateful to this man Thank you Keith.

Keith has provided answers to every question asked (and there have been many). He knows his business well in explaining the many different coverages and benefits available to suit my particular needs. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. He's a true pro!
