If it wasn’t for Keith Taylor helping us pick plans for Medicare we would be lost. He helped us through explaining everything along the way. I would definitely recommend him if you need help transitioning from reg health insurance to Medicare.
I never write reviews, but had to write this one for Keith... My husband and I felt so overwhelmed when it came time to apply to supplemental Medicare, prescription, dental and vision plans. Keith navigated us through the process and helped us choose the best plans for our needs with professionalism, care and patience. It was such a pleasure working with him. Keith is very knowledgeable and generous with his time, he helped me with making an insurance selection on the exchange and later when I qualified for medicare he helped me with the many choices again. He is very pleasant and always available to answer my questions.
I AM SO HAPPY THAT I MADE THE CALL TO KEITH!!!! He walked me through the Medicare process in a manner that was clear and understandable. He was very prompt with his replies and was knowledgable. You can tell he is a seasoned professional who knows his stuff.
