At one point I overheard the tech say to someone "I don't believe her, I'm going to give her a lower prescription so her eyes don't rely on it so much". Contact prescription ended up being so blurry I had to return multiple times until they finally got it right. They also kept making mistakes and having glitches when trying to get me contacts. And they billed me for a "consult" when I just walked into a room, grabbed my contacts, and left. HORRIBLE!
