Very thorough, low key, and gentle. His hygienist staff, Jeneane, is excellent. Reception/billing staff is personal, knowledgeable and always kind and helpful. Careful, comfortable, highly competent dental care.

The professional behaviors of this Team is not often found in today’s world of fast-track behavior. Michelle and Deb up-front are friendly, informative, knowledgeable; a joy to meet upon arrival. Sara, doctors assistant: very kind and accommodating as well as amazing when the work begins—anticipating doc’s every need. Dr. Phillips: my hero...his level of knowledge and patience are unsurpassed. My issues are complex and challenging, always requiring his special attention and skill.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and the entire staff are very friendly. For my routine cleanings the Dental Hygienist are so gentle and always make me feel comfortable.
Dr. Phillips is my new hero. I have had unusual oral and dental problems since birth. And the complex repair done years ago is now failing. I have seen my regular dentist, a denturist, a endodontist and a oral surgeon about this who say they don't know what to do and I may have to start over to the tune of at least $15,000 to $20,000 or more. Dr. Richards, after exam, came up with a workable solution costing under $4000 that he can do in 2 visits. Thank you, Dr. Phillips. Such a relief.
