I decided to switch my State Farm auto and renter's policy to another company. So unorganized with your person information. There mistakes is yours and they don't try to fix it or admit the mistakes. I have 2 life insurance policies with them and auto. One of my life insurance they never updated me on the status and it got canceled with no warning. Called to ask what happened and they don't even know. Staff is very rude. They say calls are monitored but I see no proof with the way they lie as if they won't get caught. It's a cover up going on and it's not right. I have no rights to protect myself again... read more
State Farm, is the absolute worse company around. I started with State Farm in 1990, and have faithfully paid my dues. My roof sustained hail damage. Filed a claim. According to State Farm my roof is fine and it will only cost $1000 ( way below my deductible of course) to repair. But the adjuster tells me " not to have a lot of people up there looking at it" so I queried him again that the roof did not need to be replaced. He again stated that my roof was fine. Insured thru them for 50 years, Home & Auto. Canceled my full coverage without any explanations. Treated rudely & neglectfully for so long. I switched Companies 3 months ago.
After 38 years with State Farm I am very hurt and horrified by the new personnel and management of the ********* ***Facility. I expected real answers of why all of a sudden after 23 years you kept raising my rate by at least 100.00 per 6 month period with no real explanation except, rates go up and down. I have State Farm car insurance coverage in ******* ********. I moved to ******** in April 2021 and started coverage with them when I moved. Once a while they will send their ads to my mailbox. On 9/4 around 10am, I got bombarded 3 emails from State Farm, G**** with a partner M********** * *********. An agent call & text me 4 times about car insurance quotes. According to State Farm site, they claimed we provided our own info but I NEVER provided info about me! How they got my info?! It scary. The next day I did email them telling them remove my info & don't contact me ever again. I will see if that will do anything
Do not waste your time with them. We have shingles flying off of our roof every times it’s windy, water is now pouring into my home every time it rains, and they have denied us help. We pay our insurance on time every single month, so this feels like a slap in the face when our roof is causing internal damage to my home and they keep pocketing our money and telling us our roof is fine.
