Bought my first bike from kegels just the other day! It was an amazing experience and celebrated with the great staff at kegels! Got a smoking deal on an absolutely beautiful bike! I will be buying my next ones from there!
My husband and I stopped into Kegel's today and I'm so glad we did! There was a leather jacket that I've been looking at at our local Harley. But just couldn't afford it. I showed the photo to Bri and lo and behold they had 2! I was also looking at other items to which I couldn't believe my ears when some of the items were marked down 30%. My new bike . Went to Kegel HD in Rockford yesterday, we had a very good experience. I recommend taking a look � if your in the market for a new Bike . Thanks to salesman Allen , sales manager Johnny and even Mark Kegel himself kept checking on us to make sure we were happy . Made us feel valued .

Cash in hand, was ready to buy. dealer had a few bikes I was interested in, however was treated pretty poorly. johny lost you a sale - and don't worry, johny, as you mumbled 'don't ever come back'.. Will never use their service dept again. No communication. Was told Saturday they needed one part to finish and that they would have it on Monday. Had to call the Tuesday cause I heard nothing on Monday and then they said they were too busy and couldn’t get to putting the part on today even though they said Saturday it would be done on Monday. Regret bringing my bike there.
