I have been to Kegel's several times, and I have always been treated as though I were part of the family. Johnny, Kenny, Rich, Allen, and everyone else out there have been great to me. Just an awesome group of people. I am going to be buying my very first bike soon, from Kegel's, and I am looking forward to working with these wonderful people, for a very long time.
Don't know about anything but the food and if that an example of the hospitality there I'll be going back. Food was great fair price.
I have always received above and beyond attention to detail and my desires from the techs and staff. They know me by name and I them. I bought my first Harley there and did all maintenance there. Bought second one there and do, and will continue to have all my service and maintenance needs taken care of there. Kudos to Karl, Mark, Kenny, Dave, Dean, Kurt, Rich and all the others....you have my loyalty
If you're looking for a great price on a new or used Harley, look no more. For great service get ahold of Gary, Jonny, and Rich at Kegel. After 5 hours on the snowy roads today, they made my trip worth every mile. Give them a call, and find out why I'm a lifetime customer!
