I was in the service department paying on my husbands motorcycle. A manager was needed because of how they put a recall on the account. The man who was helping me (who’s name I can not remember) said he’ll be around here eventually for you. I waited a good 15 minutes for said manager and he never “eventually” showed up. RecommendedRandy Johnson Can't say enough about the new Kegels got great prices on two bikes last year always friendly at the front counter and the service department stupid fast for this busy season... two days for tires exhaust and Dyno, was told it would be the end of the week before they could get to it. I can not thank the entire team, Johnny, Seth, Gary, Mark, the entire staff, who made us feel so welcome and made this such a perfect experience of buying our new bike.
