RecommendedToday. A Sunday. My 2018 Limited would not start. For some reason it will not acknowledge the key fobs. Eric the manager made a special trip to my house 20 miles away to help me try and figure it out. Even though we could not get it going. They are going to pick it up tomorrow. To me that’s above and beyond. You just don’t find service like that anymore.

Brought my 2000 Buell x1 in for some work. They did find some other issues but I would rather have them find and fix those issues then have something unsafe to ride. Also i just noticed this morning they put new license plate fasteners on. Its something as small as that as far as detail and they just went out of their way to do it. the license plate used to rattle because i didnt have the right fasteners. This Service Department is the bomb bike breaks down on the highway get it to Kegels HD their power is out tell them my circumstance a tech comes out with a volt meter checks the output on the stator says it’s done they give me a price to do it I said do it it has to get fixed they rolled my bike in and on a lift started to take it apart with flashlights and hand tools this is my first time here and they showed me over the top service this is why they have been around for a 100 years
Great staff, location, and facility. They hosted the Tribute to the Troops Illinois ride this year and we're absolutely awesome. Big thanks to Julie as well!
