Sept 2023, I contracted with Keep Cool Air to install a new Carrier Performance 4 ton 2 stage air conditioner system. Included with this contract was a full 10 year parts and labor warranty. Well, come January 2026 I dicovered, after attempting to turn on my heat, there was no heat setting on my Ecobee thermostat. Is this company still in business? I have tried for a couple of days to reach them but the phones are not working and not allowing messages. I did email the Owner, but no response. They installed 2 AC units for me in the last 2 years. I just tried to run the heat pump on one of the units and it does not work, it blows cold air. I would think when you install a unit you would make sure everything works before leaving the home. I can't get a hold of anyone to come out and fix it, since they clearly didn't install it correctly.... read more
I havent been able to get a call back in 3 weeks to schedule an install on a new unit, so Im hoping someone from the company reads this and reaches out because no one else in the organization communicates. Paid a fee to set up financing. Can't get an appointment or even just a phone call. I would have given up and went elsewhere, but I already paid for financing. Terrible experience. Zero stars. Go anywhere else. Buy a real big fan, sit on some ice. Anything.
Great service; they took the time to explain the difference in AC models and recommended the appropriate one for my property. The service calls that follow were very professional as well. Highly recommended.
