They have cool employees, but there is never anyone at the front desk . Cant get any help , then you will wait at the front desk for 15 to 20 mins befor anyone even helps you. The employees will then just say ,oh dont wait here just find one of us. They are all busy , im simply not waiting around when there should be some one at the front desk doing there job ! Went in this past week as a new donor. I’ve donated at biomat and bio life. This place is way nicer than both combined. I was greeted by Mahogany. The process was fast and efficient. I got through to the Medical screening area where I once again was greeted by Mahogany. She walked me through my process and showed me what the machines do. The prick of the finger is what I dread the most however I didn’t feel when she poked me. She’s amazing at her job and definitely made my first time there feel welcoming.
