I had to have my daughter go in herself as her father had an underlying illness so stayed in car. The front office staff was kind and facilitated us. But the doctor was rude and impolite to my daughter, had no interest when asked to speak to her dad on the phone, kept her waiting alone in a room often for 20 minute intervals without checking in on her - there were other issues beyond this.
