From day one everyone was very professional, friendly, and extremely caring. We could not have been treated any better. Dr. Starnes and his team were outstanding. Shout out to the excellent care given on the fifth floor from the ICU to East Cardiac Telemetry room. If you expect excellent care then Kerk Medicine is the place for you.💞

Seems to have gone exceptionally well at this point - focused and frielndly doctors and staff. My perception is that Dr. Jay R Lieberman is an incredible surgeon. At evey stage of the process beginning with check in, everyone did their utmost best to help me relax and stay in a calm frame of mind. Both Becky and I thought that our op prep nurse Merlin was awesome. She is a tremendous asset to society and a joy to everyone she meets!
I was supposed to go there or kidney cancer and have the robot surgery I'm at the team of doctors did everything I was supposed to do four days later they contacted me and said Health Net Medi-Cal would not cover me but I had to go to a different hospital and I am still trying to get to another hospital to get my surgery done this is ridiculous
I’m an employee of Keck... and I truly love my job!! The surgeons I work with are wonderful and have amazing skills! ❤️ I would entrust my family members in their hands in a heartbeat!! I enjoy coming in to work everyday and feel blessed to have the privilege of working with such great staff! The nurses and techs really pour their hearts into their work as well even without any recognition! 🙌😍❤️
