My mom was admitted last Friday with liquids in the lungs and heart , she's still in bed , recovering from the draining , the nurse Alpha is amazing , super responsible, she is in top, I love the team in this facility , thank you Merry Christmas!

I was so excited! The staff was so wonderful leading up to my father n laws surgery! Surgery day came and they took him in at 6:30 am. We were NEVER contacted throughout the surgery. Not once. We only received information after requesting info ALL day. We were finally talked to by a nurse after 5:30 pm. It is so disappointing that it was almost 12 hours after speaking with anyone. Today is the day after surgery and still have not talked to doctor as they had promised the doctor would tell us how everything went. We are just ... read more
