The staff was great. They took care of my Dad like he was part of my family.

I was on the orthopedic floor recovering from a total knee replacement. The nudes and support star were king and progressional but there was I nurse Charles where I had to ask my PT guy " did I do something to piss him off because every time I called for pain meds I felt like I was an bothering him and keeping him from something more important. What's more important than making sure you patient was not in pain. On the good side I had a preop nurse Shrieen who was exceptional. She kept me calm and spoke to me not just as a pa... read more

First of the parking was bad and then overall from the security staff to the nursing and admission staff, wasn't a very pleasant experience. ��
