My daughter saw Dr. Hatch. He and the staff at the outpatient surgical center were welcoming and helpful. The surgery went well and we arrived at 4:30 am for a 5:30 appointment. We were allowed to wait in the waiting room before staff arrived. Thank you DPS. When it came to filling the prescriptions, the pharmacy opened at a late hour which made our stay longer. I sat in an exam room for over 2 hours before Dr. Chen came in with a student. He sat at the computer, looked at my MRI, asked if I knew I had Chiari Malformation. Told him yes, I had surgery 2 years ago. He then said I needed a different type of MRI. When I asked about the 2 MRIs I'd left the week prior, they couldn't be found. So waited 2 hours and less than 5 minutes without even being examined. I was done.
This place is amazing! The love and care they had for my mom and for the family is perfect! Plus they have great hospital food!

The staff there dont pay adequate attention to the ill. They aren't attentive or sympathetic. The docs donr even speak to the relatives about the treatment or the procedures. The parking fare is too much. It doesnt even smell clean........
