This experience couldn't have been WORSE. Owner Cuyler " Doesn't understand how this got out of control. This has been a shit show!" And he will fix it. We signed a contract on March 11th and still not done or even closed to resolved. There is a complete lack of communication within the company. Then one throws the issue to another employee.
