Great experience with a great company. They handled all of the hassle of dealing with the insurance company to get a fair payout, their install crews were always on-time and the roof looks incredible. More importantly, they are great people to work with. They are personable and put you first in interactions. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I selected KC Roofing as one of several to inspect my roof after wind damage removed shingles. Patrick began the process and assured me they would work with insurance to accomplish all that needed done. I had a little concern when my job passed quickly to Matt. The whole collaborative process of having the K C team build a new roof and gutters on our 1915 house in the Heights demonstrated their skilled professionalism, honesty, and integrity, and was a joy to witness. They created a necessary new chimney cricket and were able to deal with the airing porch's flat roof.
