Came in and asked for a simple repair estimate sheet for my computer which i already diagnosed the problem of and told to them, which they charged me $65 for. I complied, and they said "we'll take a look at it." I wait 2 hours for them to call me back in and give me a sheet of paper saying literally exactly what i told them. The owner of the store was very kind, and is excellent at providing repair services. He undershot the prices Best Buy and Office Depot offered by roughly $400, and got my computer back to me in a shorter amount of time than I expected. He even told me that the goal was to provide cheaper services for those who want to save money on great quality work. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who would rather save money on computer repairs, but would still like quality service.
Called in, and the person on the other end of the line hung up on me mid sentence. Tried to call back, I figured we just got disconnected, I redialed the EXACT same number, and the person who answered pretended to only speak Spanish, and it wasn't even fluent Spanish hahaha. While that was amusing, it's not very hard at all to tell a caller, "Oh, sorry, that's not something we do or offer at our business." UNREAL hahahaha, don't give these guys your money. The guy was really nice, gave me a FANTASTIC price, and repaired and replaced my computer screen in a very short amount of time. Will be going back anytime I have a problem with my computer!
