Sooo relaxed.... – This place is amazing. I have been looking for a place like this for so long. A front desk staff that actually makes me feel welcome and does not rush me to leave/a knowledgeable service provider/a truly relaxed environment, zero pretentiousness....I am so impressed. I am definitely returning. If you are looking for an incredibly relaxing and quality experience, look no further, go to Kaya.
Truly disappointed.... – My fiancee and I received a couples gift certificates and were thrilled to have this "romantic" opportunity. However, soon into the massage it truly lost its romance. My fiance had a great experience with Madonna. However, my therapist spent 25 minutes on one part of my back, did not use lotion/oil, and ignored the rest of my body. The Best Spa By Far! – I have been to Kaya several times and for various services, and each time just gets better and better. The first time I came was for a bridal party and I was completely blown away by how on-time and organized the staff was with all of our services. After that, I knew I would be back for more. Great Experience – The service was excellent and everyone was very accomodating, making me feel very relaxed. This is one of the best massage and facial experiences I have had. I had great results and felt that my money was well worth the service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and well serviced spa.
Terrible service and scarred from a waxing – I have gone here a few times and am finally crossing it off my list. The services are ok, nothing great. But the last time I went I had an eyebrow waxing and was scarred for a few days. The tech had the wax waaaaayyy too hot and I had red welts for two days. The receptionists didn't seem that concerned and said it was normal (I've never experienced this). I sent a letter to manager but haven't heard back (it's been three weeks now). That's pretty awful customer service. Stay away.
Very Relaxing Spa...extremely friendly staff!!! – Kaya is a fabulous day spa!!! The facilities were very serene, spacious, & open. I absolutely love the quiet rooms stocked with magazines, relaxing music and the best (blueberry!) hot tea. I have experienced a massage, body treatment, manicure and pedicure in their hands--overall my experiences have been wonderfully relaxing. The estheticians are very gentle & thorough. The experience was well worth the $$$!!!
Mixed Experience – With high expectations from other online reviews, both my husband and I came away from Kaya disappointed. My eyebrow wax with Georgia and Kaya Signature Facial with Shanda were amazing. Both were very thorough and professional. Shanda answered all of my skincare questions and took the time to evaluate my personal skincare needs. I recommend both Georgia and Shanda. My massage, on the other hand, was horrible. A Wonderful Experience – I needed a place to relax and Kaya was it! My facial with Georgia was great, and my massage with Billy was outstanding. I'll definitely pay Kaya a visit again VERY SOON!! Thank you Kaya staff for making my day enjoyable and relaxing.
