Quality is crap!! Long story short, they cant keep a schedule, they cant refinish hardwood, they promise and dont fulfill and even the owner admitted the work was crap, came in multiple times to redo and I wrote them off as a hack. Save yourself the frusteration and money!!!!
We have huge gaps in our hard wood that was put in by KRS. I told them immediately that I wanted them to fix it. They came out to look at it and I was told gaps are acceptable unless you can fit two quarters standing side by side! I can fit a nickel does that count?! I have been trying to get them to fix it for the last six years. Good luck if you go with them.
Honest, and they will back it up! – I have worked very closely with Kay Riley and Sons and I know that they are an honest company. Most flooring stores will offer a lower price per square foot but they make up for the low price by over measuring, and then telling you that you need more product than you really do. Go with honesty and a group of people you can trust! It is worth it!
Not good – Way too high priced. Overrated. I found the people to be quite unfriendly and not helpful. They buy cheap and sell expensive! Don't go here!!!
