Tracie Coffey is the best she helped me find the ring I was wanting and she answered all my questions and explained the process of getting it sized would highly recommend her !

We got a wedding set a few months from Kay’s. I took it to the Kay’s in Madison for a cleaning while we were walking around the east town mall. They were not happy that my ring was even given to me in the first place. The metal was going over some of the diamonds in my band. Needless to say they sent it in for a “make it right” and if they couldn’t fix it they said I’d get to pick a whole new ring. I do not recommend the Janesville Kay’s.

Terrible customer service.. after buying a $4k ring didn’t explain about the ring sizing which I paid for, warranty nothing. Do NOT recommend. And hewas the manager.

Had a terrible experience today at Kay Jewelers at Tanger Outlet in Branson MO. I bought 3 rings spent over $2,000 on them a few years ago at Kay Jewelers in St.Peters MO. I was told when I purchased them that anytime I needed service to the rings I could take them to ANY Kay's Jewelry Store! Gail denied me service I just needed the resized and was willing to pay whatever the cost? She said because I didn't purchase the rings at that particular Kay's she would not help me! I dropped of my wedding ring to be sized on February 20, 2021 at Kay Jewelers in Fashion Fair Mall. They said it would be ready on March 10, 2021. I called on March 11 and was told it was in transit. I called on March 12 and was told it was told it was still in transit. After numerous calls I received a message on my phone that they had started a case. The necklace my mother purchased at the Sebring Kay Jewelers had a small clasp and she asked the sales associate if a larger clasp could be put on. She said yes and told her that it would be available for pickup in about two weeks. She explained that times were a little extended due to the pandemic. After months of window shopping at various stores and internet offerings, i came into Kay looking for a replacement wedding ring for my as ours was lost/stolen 2 years ago. I was helped by Pam and in my initial visit and by Brenna on a secondary trip. These two associates showed tremendous patience and knowledge as I pondered various options for a replacement ring. STAY AWAY!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! Absolutely the worst customer service. My company has an account with Kay's, but due to the disrespectful staff and ignorant manager Christine, we will never spend another dime with Kay's. Go to a jeweler that values respect as much as they value your money.

Was just there. Ring under warranty and need repair. DID NOT make it make on promised date. No one TOLD me I needed and email before coming to the store. And then no one apologized that it would be longer or said they would send an email when it DID arrive. Very bad SERVICE. Not the Kay Jewelers it used to be at ALL.
