I dropped of my wedding ring to be sized on February 20, 2021 at Kay Jewelers in Fashion Fair Mall. They said it would be ready on March 10, 2021. I called on March 11 and was told it was in transit. I called on March 12 and was told it was told it was still in transit. After numerous calls I received a message on my phone that they had started a case.
