I dropped of my wedding ring to be sized on February 20, 2021 at Kay Jewelers in Fashion Fair Mall. They said it would be ready on March 10, 2021. I called on March 11 and was told it was in transit. I called on March 12 and was told it was told it was still in transit. After numerous calls I received a message on my phone that they had started a case. RecommendedI highly recommend this Kay’s Jewelers!! My hubby purchased a diamond anniversary ring. There was a problem with the stone so I returned it thinking I would be stuck with it. The Jeweler, Damian, listened to me and was SO Courteous that we ended up buying a different diamond ring and he gave us a very good price on it!! Totally admire their honesty and caring for my feelings. This store has an excellent staff! I absolutely Love my new ring! Thank you Damian for all your help!
