We had Kay come out to our home of 21 years to get her input on what upgrades were needed to get the pricing we wanted for our home. Kay was great from start to finish. We could tell she was always on our side, looking out for our best interest always. She listed our home and also helped us buy another. Superior communication, availability, customer service. No matter how silly or dumb we thought our questions were, Kay answered them quickly, professionally and was always two or three steps ahead in the process. She's completely thorough and was always willing to do whatever it took to get us through buying and then selling a home. Kay's "got your back" when you're buying and/or selling.
