Kay is the nicest, sweetest and hard-working person you will ever meet. Love her as our realtor but love her more as a friend. She made selling my parents house so easy. I wanted a higher price but she suggested a lower price and she was right. We received an offer within 2 days and it was a lot higher then what was listed. She is awesome! The best around.
