Great products and excellent customer service. I purchased the large, blue 12 inch Mamegoma plush and asked for one without wrinkles on the face (I'm very picky when it comes to plush). I received my items today (I also ordered a Mamegoma pencil case + a Mamegoma charm) and everything was in great condition. The large blue Mamegoma has a cute face and I'm very happy with him (I have named him Nugget.) Overall, would recommend this shop 100%. All I can say is wow, what excellent Customer Service, I ordered a gift for my stepdaughter last week for her birthday and when one of the items I ordered wasn't available, the alternate option was shipped to me at no extra cost. On top of that, a goodie bag was given to me free of charge, wrapped up adorably with a sticker that read "Happy Birthday" just for her. SO considerate and SO sweet!
