I have been shooping at this store and teir website for well over 5 or 6 years now. The people have always been super friendly and super amazing especially when new things were coming out. They are also the ones who first introduced me to tokidoki and I have never looked back since.
RecommendedAdorable little store! One of the best places to get Sanrio, Amuse, San-X and more. The employees are so nice and it’s a great shopping environment!

I had made a post in a kawaii creative journaling group, requesting recommendations on good kawaii stationary shops in the US. I was planning on doing some Birthday shopping � Anyway, someone mentioned Shop Kawaii and said they have fast shipping. I placed my order and it arrived in a timely manner. My things were packed w/care, no damage. I'll be placing another order this week! Definitely recommend!
Just stopped down here today as an avid Pusheen collector. Their stock is AMAZING and basically has any assortment you could want. I bought an item in bulk and they gave me a wonderful discount, and the women there were so nice! Highly recommend--I'll be returning soon!!
Definitely a must see, even if you’re not familiar with the characters on the merch. The place is teeny but PACKED and everytime I go I spend at least 45 minutes just checking out what’s new. Exceptionally unique and my favorite store in pittsburgh!
Ever since they moved to the upstairs location, everything and everyone seems to be less friendly.
My wife and I have been coming here monthly since we moved to the Burgh. <3 I can't say enough about how friendly and lovely everyone is who works here, and the stuff is SO ADORABLE. This is one of our favorite stores, and we look forward to every visit! Thank you for being so awesome and making our lives brighter. <3
