Staff is always very friendly to both the two legged and four legged visitors. Neither of my cats hate going to the vet. Belle's recent visit with Dr Rossebo was a pleasant one as she is a bit timid at times. She sensed his care and didn't shy away.
We bring both of our dogs to the Kaukauna Vet Clinic and have never had a bad experience! Dr Rossebo does a great job addressing all of our questions and takes all the time we need to answer any questions we have. It never seems like he's in a rush to get us out and move on to the next patient, he makes us feel like he really cares for our pups! I don't think we've ever had to wait for more than 5 minutes to see the doctor, which is huge when your dogs don't like going to the vet! I would recommend this place to anybody
The doctors and staff at KVC always go above and beyond. Recently my dog had some complications during a procedure, and not only did they give my dog the best care possible, but also kept me in the loop throughout the day. They had great follow up and were also exceptionally fair with billing. I can't say enough about them!
I'm still trying to figure out how you mistake a distemper shot with euthanasia drug. I'm also still wonder why your employee's discourage anyone from adopting a mixed breed of cat or dog because they are considered "defective". Not a 5 star clinic and frankly, I hope they get closed.
Sophie really likes her doctor and I really like this Clinic. They have flexible hours for those of us who work during the day. Excellent treatment from all staff, modern care and treatment options. I really like Sophie's vet and how he treats her.
The staff has been very kind and patient with Fluffy and me over the last few years. Today proved they are a special kind of people for doing what they did to help care for Fluffy. 110% recommended! I'm thankful to have been able to have Fluffy taken care of.
My cat family has always received the absolute best of care. I have seen compassionate care when my pet have been healthy and when I have had to deal with end of life care. Dr Rosebo takes the time to explain all the options so I can make well informed decisions. When I email the office, they respond promptly. When I call, they do their best to fit me in. My cats have the BEST caring for their health and dental needs❤️���
Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic has the best staff! Dr. Laritson is so kind and caring. From routine care to emergency surgery to end-of-life care, this Vet Clinic goes above and beyond for pet parents! Thank you so much for all you've done for us.
I just brought our puppy here for the 1st time today. Staff was amazing, very friendly! Lily saw Dr. Gagnon & he was very informative & great with Lily! We will be switching Lily's older sister Cali to Kaukauna Vet for her future appointments. Thank you for the wonderful pet service!
