Very thourough exam, all staff very knowledgeable and kind, professional.
I think the Doctor and the staff are awesome. Every rime I go there they treat me cordial and very professional.
I was very happy with the care and how nice and profesional Kauffmen was. The reason I am rating them with a 3 because of the drama after over the copay of $40. My husband went with me for the procedure my husband tried to pay my copay 4 seperate times and the desk because he had a confrence call at 3 pm. They were running behind When we were done we had 20 min to gef home. So we left without paying I received a very unprofessional message about the bill.
