RecommendedI am not a patient nor regular customer of Kaufman, yet I was treated like one. One of my sunglasses stem's had the rubber ear piece come off and expose the metal going over my ear, this is painful putting on and taking off. Kaufman does business with the manufacturer and offered to help me get a replacement. anyone needing eyecare I recommend Kaufman eye institute in Bushnell, Zephyrhills, and two others they are great. Dr Kaufman did my cataracts and it was a great job and then after I had one big floater right in front of my sight and Dr Mascoso said he could fix that I was so happy and when it was done I was a very happy camper it seemed so good not to have that floater there. I can do everything I want to do without glasses after my cataract surgery. I feel like a new person. Dr. Stuart kaufman is a great doctor. His staff is great and professional. I highly recommend Kaufman Eye Institute. The whole process from the beginning had been awesome.
Surgery went good healed up good. After them telling me I did not need to pay anything else I got a bill for 120 more and by the time I could do anything about it I was threatened with collections. If you are that hard up for 120 bucks when you been paid for the rest you should not be in business.
After a year I could not get the correct vision. I went to another eye doctor and they figured out what my problem was. I am stuck with two pair of glasses one pair of sunglasses and contacts from Kaufman. Stay away from Kaufman if you have any problems with your eyes.
Dr. Jonathan Kaufman performed cataract surgery on both eyes for me. He is super knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend him. The office staff is professional and friendly.
