Very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and got my car done in no time. Long time customer.
Brake inspection took forever. I thought I was done when they called my name. They didn't even start the sevice. A $129 brake job quickly turned into a $250+ job, needing this and that, in addition to the pads. I know that rotors need to be turned and eventually replaced, but this was just typical mark up and sales. Never going back! Heading back to my regular mechanic.
I've been having to wait here at Kauffman Tire in Hiram Georgia now for 3 hours and its still not done. Just having a simple oil change and tire rotation. I will never come here again. It's a complete waste of time.
