This place is a absolute joke, and as I can see I’m not the only one who thinks this 🤣😂!! Took my car to get 2 tires and It took them 3 days of feeding me bull crap about a tire machine not working for me to finally get fed up and take it somewhere else! Hey mavis get y’all freaking lives together!! I wouldn’t go back if they gave me 4 free tires!! 😡

Went in at on Friday at 8 am to have nail pulled out of tire and have it repaired. Three people ahead of me in line. Decided to come back today (Saturday). Was first in line. Was asked if I had an appointment; Without one, was told it would be two hours. I left after saying "that's ok." But, it's not ok. Have purchased five sets of tires, maybe more. Called and spoke with a service writer and explained that I was first in line and commented about my purchase history. Didn't seem to matter. Service seems to have gone downhill... read more
Valve stem snapped off a trailer tire so I was going to drop it off so they could break the bead and pull a new stem. It was Friday afternoon around 1:30. One of the guys up front (sorry didn’t get his name) walked out to look at it, said wait right here...he brought it back in about 3 minutes with a new stem and sent me on my way, no charge. That’s how we used to do customer service...thanks again!
Sunday I woke up to a flat tire and took it to pep boys they looked at the tire and come to find out that they couldn’t replace the tire because of the thread on the tire, so I needed up needing 4 new tires! Pep boys wanted 690 dollars for tires so I took it to Walmart, they wanted 326, for 4 tires but after pulling it into the bay they DIDNT carry my tires anymore they could put another brand on my car for additional 200 dollars! HORRIBLE customer service and service. Dropped my car off on a Friday to give them all day Saturday to change my oil and rotate my tires. Arrive Saturday around 4:30 to pick up my car and they never rotated my tires. I was told to bring it back on Sunday anytime and they would do it immediately while I waited. Took it back up there and the refused to do it, after arguing with the guy he told me they would do it but I would have to wait 3.5 hours for it to be done and I would have to wait.
