I'm sitting here got here when the door opened at 8 am and it's 9:20 am now, had a flat tire and had to buy a new tire, I asked them to check all my tires to see if I needed more or when I might need them, and does it need rotated which they should have known to do without me asking, they got the tire on now I have to wait even longer cause they didn't do the other just irritated cause I got up early to take care of this but they did give me a good price, one of these guys here, not Benjamin he's nice, the other guy has got ... read more

I've taken me and my wife's car here anytime we've needed tires over the past several years. This shop is always clean, well run and the service is great. Prices are comparable to other shops, so I always feel confident I'm getting my money's worth.
We recently went to Kaufman for new tires on my car. The price couldn't be beat. And they did a great job on installation. However I'm disappointed that they did not use the same valve stem covers when finished. The car came with factory metallic-look covers and now it has black plastic. My husband has called several times to get them to rectify this and they have done nothing. Sad that they may lose my future business over something so trivial.
