Do not use this shop.... damaged my rim and totally denies doing this. They replaced the tire on this rim and coincidentally the same rim damaged.
I LOVE this Mavis! I've used them several times and I've received fast, friendly service each time. Very nice people and I believe very honest; which is a rarity in this industry. I wi continue to use them going forward. Special thanks to David for going above and beyond!
I had headlight wires connected and socket work done on the driver side over the weekend. When I got my car back, the a/c on my driver side (only) was blowing hot. I brought it back that evening and left it overnight to be looked at the next day. It still had not been looked at by noon (had to wait on hold for 10 mins to get that answer) and when my husband called at 3, we were told it needed the exact part that they guessed it would need the night before. Once again I’m late for work. I’ve had a slow leak in my back left tire that I’ve been filling for a while. It’s gotten worse to where I was putting air in it every day the past few days. I made my apt at Mavis and they “promised” they’d have me out by 8:45 when I called. Now it’s 9:20 and they are still saying another 20 mins. They’ve had the car on the lift checking out other areas and not working on my tire. So it’ll be an hour after they promised my car would be ready.
