Dr. Katzen and his entire staff were professional and personable. From the beginning everyone was honest and informative so there were no surprises. His procedure is transparent so much that anyone can watch should the patient choose. In addition a DVD recording is provided upon request. I contemplated this procedure years ago and backed out. Dr. Katzen thanked me for having confidence in him and I thank him for giving me the confidence. I am recommending him to everyone as I am confident you will not be disappointed.

I had such an amazing experience with my LASIK experience. The staff and Dr. Katzen made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. I literally cried tears of joy after I sat up and could immediately see after the procedure. I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering LASIK. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you Katzen Eye Care for your amazing service and help. After my Laser treatment and wonderful service from the rest of the staff I would not recommend anyone else for the care of my eyes. Having great vision the following day I cried because my eye sight was better than when I had my contacts in. Only to get better within the following week. Very professional and outstanding office! I have been thinking about getting LASIK for the longest time but was too scared of losing my eyesight. Dr Katzen and his staff really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. I got the procedure done yesterday and today I have zero pain and can see better than I did with my glasses. No more frames or smudged lenses to get in the way of my vision.
