I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was. Dr. Katzen and his staff were extraordinary. Operating on ones eyes is an exercise in trust and can be intimidating. However, Dr. Katzen and his staff work patiently and continuously with you to ensure every question is answered and every doubt is removed. I just had it done yesterday and the results are amazing. What impressed me the most was how the entire staff treated me through the whole process. They are so accommodating and flexible with scheduling - I had to change my appointment at the last minute. They kept the mood light through the entire procedure and I knew what was going on the entire time. No surprises means very little anxiety.

5/5 for sure!!! Just had lasik yesterday afternoon and this morning at my check up I was already 20/20 in both eyes. Could not be happier! Dr. Katzen was amazing and all the staff was even better! Thanks again

I had my LASIK surgery done yesterday morning. I am feeling spectacular and already seeing almost 20/20! I am a bit of a nervous nelly and tend to face a lot of doctors offices and procedures who don't have much compassion or patience for my anxiety. Katzen Eye Care and Laser Center exceeded my expectations! Within 30 minutes of my procedure I was able to see 20/20 and the next day it was even better with 20/15 vision for both my husband and I! The staff did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed prior to my surgery. I felt as though the staff and Dr. Katzen truly care about each patient and getting them the best results possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Katzen to anyone considering LASIK. I'm only giving it a 5/5 since it won't allow me to rate it higher. Dr. Katzen is amazing and gave my wife and I more than perfect vision. We both see 20/15 in eye each and had LASIK yesterday. The entire staff was very friendly and everyone made you feel VIP. I've never been treated so kindly in a doctor's office. I am very picky when going to Doctors and am glad I chose Dr. Katzen. I had wanted LASIK for years, but was always afraid. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to medical procedures, but the team at Katzen worked with me and helped me through it. Everyone I encountered throughout the whole process was so kind and encouraging. Receiving a personal call from Dr. Katzen the evening of my procedure went above and beyond most doctors I have encountered. I can't say enough positive things about this experience! I had wanted to get Lasic for a while but with how bad my vision was I didn't think it would do any good. I had asked my friend who had it done years ago who she had used and she had used Dr. Katzen and could not have given a more positive review about it. Dr. Katzen is the only one I had gone to for my consultation and was greatly surprised when they told me they could improve my vision. I can only sum up my LASIK experience at Katzen Eye Care & Laser Center in one sentence: Everything in High Def! I cannot say enough great things about the staff, doctors involved and especially my coordinator Jennifer who had walked me through the entire process and took care of me. She was very caring and informative and Dr. Katzen himself was very humble, professional and yet considerate during a missed appointment. Great experience. Definitely made a great decision in trusting my eyes to them.
