Great experience, friendliest staff of any doctor's office I have ever been to, and Dr Katzen is incredibly thorough and professional.
Dr Katzen performed LASIK surgery on me many years ago and wished I could have had it sooner and just last year he performed cataract surgery and I see 20/20. To me he is the doctor of doctors. The best to trust your eye sight to. His staff are friendly and there to help you with pleasantness and smiles.
This place was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had in any type of medical office. Their staff was all super friendly, easy to talk to, and informative. I had all the information I could need pre-op and post-op and was thrilled with the results of my operation! Thank you so much katzen eye center for giving me the ability to see with my own eyes!!
I recently had lasik surgery. It is the best thing I have ever done and at the most amazing place. The staff at Katzen are the most amazing. Even though they had so many other patients, they made me feel like I was the only one there. They are attentive and so nice. The experience all around was the best I've ever had. I recommend them for any and all eye care needs! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!
Thank you Dr. Katzen for being an amazing surgeon and restoring my vision, I had forgotten how great it is to be independent from glasses and contacts, being able to wake up and see everything crystal clear is amazing. Wow! Just the best experience ever! These are my eyes, I wouldn't pay somewhere that's cheap to save money when your talking about one of the most important parts of your body! The staff are amazing! All completely caring!!! And Dr. Katzen is the most thorough surgeon there is, he makes sure everything is perfect! He called me himself the night of my surgery to check up on me. He cares 100% . I didn't feel any pain. It's been 24 hours since my surgery as I write this review and I see perfectly! Best thing I've ever done!
The staff here is helpful, professional and go the extra mile to help, and I was in very good hands with Dr. Katzen. Everyone deserves five stars for making me feel at ease before, during and after my recent surgery. The pre-op preparation was thorough, the medical staff caring and efficient, and I can't say enough about the excellent results of my surgery. Seriously--they are superb!
