I got 2 new tires and had the others rotated. I was in and out within 30 min and paid exactly what I was quoted over phone. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
Wonderful service, very knowledgeable, Mace, one of the co-owners went far and above to help me after I had a horrible experience at Graham Auto Mall. And had to have three tire valve stems and sensors replaced on my car. When the metal caps covering the valve stems would not come off after being serviced at Graham the end of July. Gave me a good deal on 4 new tires and had them installed in less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed.
I generally don't like to take my truck to any shop due to high prices (understandably bc of labor) and I live on a single income and can't afford to. But Katz was recommended to me when i got a flat tire. I went in to get a new tire, but the staff were nice enough to let me know they could plug it instead, as the tire still looked good and it just had a screw in it. most places would just let you buy the tire to make more money. Tarik, the owner went above and beyond for me today on a 2017 Corvette and did what no other tire shop around would do. He knew the rims were expensive and was hesitant on changing a tire for me but he told me if he trusts anyone to do it right he trust himself to do the job. He gained my business for life. Trustworthy guy, honest, fair, all around a good guy. Everyone needs to give him a call when they have tire problems! �
I'll tell ya what man no where aound here has the prices or the staff this place does...and my jeep runs 33s they got em first time no problem really would recommend these guys I'll probably never go nowhere else glad I gave em a second chance after slight issue on phone but everyone has bad days :) Is a great tire shop thanks I believe owner's name was Derrick???
