Had my daughter go get her new tires mounted and balanced yesterday. They told her they were the incorrect wheels for her truck but they weren’t. They only balanced 1 of 4 tires, wish I would have had her wait and go when my normal tire shop opened Monday! But she was excited to put new wheels and tires on her truck. Very unprofessional at this shop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

RecommendedI had an issue with the tire pressure monitor on my Chevy Traverse. As I had bought the tires on the vehicle at NTB I went to them for service on the system. The monitor indicated I had one tire not reading pressure. NTB wanted over $100 for each tire and said all four needed replaced. I declined and eventually took the car to Katz after seeing their Facebook page. Katz said only one was bad and it was $60. Light off and on the road.
