Kayte was extremely helpful and timely while we were selling our home. Our house was a bit more difficult to sell given it’s smaller market, but Kayte got it sold within 4-5 weeks, and at the price we requested.

Katye was very upbeat and enthusiastic from the start. Has a very knowledgeable background and knows the area very well. She was reassuring throughout the process and returned our calls and texts immediately. We are "old school" as to what to expect with showings and initially didn't understand why our realtor wasn't at every showing but Katye explained the way it works in todays world. Yes, We would definitely recommend Katye to anyone thinking of selling their home.
