Katye helped us buy our house in 2020 and just helped us sell it in 2022. She was wonderful, as usual! She sold our house for top dollar without even having to put it on the market by working with her fellow-agent who had a buyer in mind. Katye was a God Send!! Our mother had passed away and we needed to get her house sold. With 7 kids to deal with Katye had her hands full! She was wonderful, patient and so kind! Any problem that came up, believe me we had our share of problems, she handled with a positive attitude and reassured us that everything would be fine. And it was. She was able to sell the house faster than we expected and we are all grateful to her for taking such good care of us. I'm so glad we chose her!!
