I was extremely impressed with not only my hat I ordered, but also the customer service! My order had a slight mixup at the post office and ended up being shipped to another state. They did everything possible to make it right and make sure that I got my hat, which I did. I will definitely be ordering again! ❤️

I ordered 2 hats from Katydid. One came in correct and the other was wrong. However, my excellent review is due to how quickly and promptly they responded to this error. Within 24 hrs I had a response and they sent me off a correct hat! You can't beat good customer service these days!! The hats are adorable, too!!! Will be a return customer!

There was an issue with my order, but Katydid was fast & professional in addressing & fixing the matter. I love my hat that I just recieved. I have a problem finding hats in which I like the way they fit, but no problem with this new hat!

Love her hats! The mesh is so soft and comfortable, my favorite hat that I own. Also, the ordering and shipping is so smooth, simple and very fast! I ordered from Oklahoma and had it ordered, shipped and arrived by a week. I will definitely be ordering from her again!
