My 5 stars is based on excellent customer service. I got an email right away indicating my hat shipped but after waiting over a week and no tracking info updating I finally contacted customer service who confirmed my hat actually had not shipped. They replied to my concern right away and made sure it was shipped out before the end of that day. I received my shipment before the end of that week! Thanks a bunch for wonderful customer service!
