RecommendedThis place was by far the best Clinic I have ever been to. I had to take my daughter in over the weekend and we were in and out in no time. Great customer service!!!!!👍👍👍Everyone was so nice. Dorothy Colon, NP treated my daughter and she was amazing, I have never had a doctor explain n detail everything that was taking place and what we would need to do to follow up at home. And I can’t forget Nurse Teresa that assisted with vitals and preparing her to see the doctor. This place is AMAZING

This place is exceptional! We are traveling and after being misdiagnosed two times by different facilities in different states, Martha Davis PA finally got to the bottom of the problem! She was extremely caring and patient with me. After 3 weeks of getting worse and worse, she had me cleared up within days! The receptionists and nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. Been here an hour. Had an appointment Was told to be here at 6. They've taken 1 walk in who was told it would be an hour wait initially to have her cast removed and two others that arrived after i did ahead of me. Been here over an hour and haven't been seen. But that lady got xrays and her cast off. I'm still waiting.
They didn’t do anything to me , just collected my copay ..
I was treated here a few days ago & everyone was friendly. It made the unpleasant feeling of being sick a little better to deal with. I also received a follow up call today from a staff member checking in on me. That's just a sweet gesture! Team- Thank you for taking care of me and helping me get back on the road of recovery, you are appreciated!
The wait was short, but failed to even diagnose. Flu or Fever? We don't know.
If you have to go Urgent Care on Christmas Eve, this is the place to go. The wait online method was great. It so much better to wait at home than in the waiting room. Thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful on the holiday.
Personally, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care. My husband was able to call ahead and they had a room ready for us. The staff was friendly a helped ease my anxieties. The tech, Tina, who took my information and the care provider, Dorothy, were great. I also had to receive a shot (which I hate). Amazingly, the shot did not hurt. I do not know his name, but he said to refer to him as the one with the "man bun". Great facilities and great care with caring people...Thank you!
