Three people cared for my husband. He had a deep wrist gash from a piece of broken glass. One young man removed the dressing I had applied. A nurse practitioner cleansed and stitched the gash. A second nurse came in and administered a tetanus shot. None of them ever washed their hands when they came into the exam room.
AWESOME VISIT. Was very skeptical about going. They changed my view. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND DR DAVIS ROCKS. WILL NEVER HESITATE AGAIN.... THANK YOU DR. DAVIS AND KATY URGENT CARE SATURDAY STAFF.... V. HILL
It was nice to be able to get in rather quickly. I pinched a nerve in my back and can't walk. They did what they could and recommended a follow-up. We'll see how the referral goes, still in a lot of pain.
Worst customer service. Messed up insurance cards and IDs. Do not respect order of patient arrival. Front desk named Celeste passed other patients ahead of us because she messed up insurance cards. Sarcastic apology was given after I complained. Do not recommend this place. Should not be called Urgent Care based on the speed and disorganization of the front desk workers.
We went in on a Sunday with our son who is 19 months, he had been vomiting since Thursday and had diarrhea since Friday. The receptionist was very curt and not at all welcoming or sympathetic. We paid our co-pay and waited for at least 30 minutes before being taken into the back to be seen. The nurses who attended to us were very kind and helpful, they got some stickers for The Boy who was very distressed by this point. Everyone was very nice and very professional and there wasn't a very long wait at all! I would definitely return when and if needed!
