RecommendedI've used this clinic several times and can't say enough about the service I received . The personnel is friendly and the NP explained everything to me where I could understand it. The whole office and examining rooms are so spanking clean and well decorated. I 'm so happy to have the office so close to where I live ! Jessie Evans

It was easy check in online to be put on a wait list. I was sent a text when my turn was 15 minutes out so I could wait to go instead of in waiting room chair . They explained my insurance coverage multiple times and were helpful with my insurance inquires. Front desk, nurse & NP were all fast, attentive and explained everything thoroughly . I was in, diagnosed and out in about 30 minutes.
RecommendedI had the best experience at this location. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I went in for an ear ache. There was no wait. I was checked in and in a room in about 5 minutes. Everyone, from the young man at the front desk all the way to the nurse practioner, was nice and helpful. I was attended to by Teresa Mason and Lexie Barton. They were attentive, caring and understanding. I'd never been to an urgent care facility before, but if I ever need to return to one, this will be the place. I was very impressed.
