The $2000 "leather" sectional wwe purcased needs to be replaced after two years. All of tge "leather" has peeled off. Junk. Rip off.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! First off, don't believe any of those 5 star ratings. There customer service reps trying to balance out the awful reviews or a customer who clearly does not know what they have lgot themselves into. Furniture shopping can be very stressful, and the stress that came from our experience with buying from Katy Furniture was incredible and not an experience we would recommend to anyone. We went to Katy Furniture on Saturday to purchase a dresser... Katy Furniture has poor customer service sucks. Will never buy anything else there. I ordered and purchased furniture over 8 weeks ago totalling $3200 . I was promised the order would take 4 to 6wks, at the 6wks ,I called the store and no one was able to help over the phone . I was told the manager would called me back. No one ever called me back after calling twice. After 2 wks I went in the store and spoke w the manager which was yesterday. I don't know why I see negative stuff from people everytime I get furniture I get it there there prices are great never had a problem with any of the furniture I purchased people there are really helpful the delivery guys are really helpful when setting up the furniture I will always buy my furniture there

I purchased a sofa from Katy Furniture on December 22, 2015. The sofa couldn't be delivered until Monday, December 28, 2015. Regretfully, the fabric on the delivered sofa was not the same fabric on the sofa which was in the showroom which I paid for. I paid for a lighter colored sofa with a fabric that resembled velvet. The delivered sofa is a darker mixed almost rug, or shall I say, cheap tweed fabric that will not hold it's shape once you sit on it. The color is so dark, that it looks blue.
