We flooded during Harvey and needed furniture. My first 2 large purchases went great, but being a good client didn't matter. In December 18' we bought a sectional and ottoman. The ottoman wasn't in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Was told it would take 7-14 days. So after 2 mo pass, still wasn't in, so I decided to cancel. They said I would have to pay some sort of restock fee. What? How? It wasn't even 'IN STOCK'. After no updates and lots of complaints the piece comes in 4 months later in April 19' and ... read more

This store has the worst customer service ever, and the Manager is the worst no people skills....they lie about the advertised prices it's horrible ...they charge ridiculous hidden fees...I would never recommend this terrible hot box furniture shop to anyone!!! They are not worthy of one STAR!!!!

I do not recommend KATY FURNITURE for anything in the world, they are irresponsible, the customer service is fatal, they never serve you and if they do they do not solve the problems. I bought a dining room set and the table was striped and they do not want to change it. I do not recommend it

They never return your calls. We bought a recliner and set up delivery for March 28th they call and said it could be delivered earlier on the 19th, we thought that was great, they never showed up. After about a week of calling every day we ended up going to the store to see what happened they said they couldn't deliver until April 9th. We asked for a refunded and they said there would be a 25% cancellation fee on a recliner they didn't deliver when promised. I ordered a bed set, living room set and a table and paid for delivery. Before the items were delivered I tried to cancel the table, since it would not fit in the apartment. They charged me $65.00 to cancel something that had not even been delivered yet. They didn't care I was buying all the other stuff ($1900), guess they felt they are doing me a favor buying selling it to me. They were not willing to work with me they just kept saying it was policy. Do not buy here, take your money somewhere it's appreciated.

From the moment we entered Katy furniture, we were happily greeted by Daniel. He quickly gave us a run down of all the areas in the store and helped us with our purchase. This is a great furniture store, with amazing customer service. We will definitely be returning, they have high quality furniture and good prices.

Katy Futrniture is horrible!!!!!! I am extremely upset right now!! We purchased a bedroom set from them and also had them set it up for us. No less than a month, the entire bed caves in!!! We spoke to at least 6 customer service agents (who by the way each and every one of them were rude and unfriendly). They tell us to send pictures of the broken pieces and the frame that THEY assembled!!! If there was a zero star rating, I would give this place, Katy Furniture a zero star. Buyers beware, the furniture sold in this store is very cheaply made. “you get what you pay for” & I will not ever shop at Katy Furniture again. The sectional that I purchased was stuffed with feathers & the feathers stick out of the cushions. Manager Tiffany refused to issue a store credit so that I could switch it out for another sofa. Do not work here or shop here!! I got hired on with them and within three days they let me go. They excuse they gave me was they do not have the funds because their sales were down. I did not even get a full training by the Office Manager (Megan), which is no sort of Office Manager, what so ever. She does not know a thing about training or running an Office. And then you have Brittany who is the Store Manager and she is just as bad. No clue but staying on her cell phone and when you ask either one a question they just stare ... read more
