They never return your calls. We bought a recliner and set up delivery for March 28th they call and said it could be delivered earlier on the 19th, we thought that was great, they never showed up. After about a week of calling every day we ended up going to the store to see what happened they said they couldn't deliver until April 9th. We asked for a refunded and they said there would be a 25% cancellation fee on a recliner they didn't deliver when promised. I ordered a bed set, living room set and a table and paid for delivery. Before the items were delivered I tried to cancel the table, since it would not fit in the apartment. They charged me $65.00 to cancel something that had not even been delivered yet. They didn't care I was buying all the other stuff ($1900), guess they felt they are doing me a favor buying selling it to me. They were not willing to work with me they just kept saying it was policy. Do not buy here, take your money somewhere it's appreciated.
From the moment we entered Katy furniture, we were happily greeted by Daniel. He quickly gave us a run down of all the areas in the store and helped us with our purchase. This is a great furniture store, with amazing customer service. We will definitely be returning, they have high quality furniture and good prices.
I went to Katy Furniture to buy my living room set. Julie helped me, she answered all of my questions and suggested the perfect accents. I had a great experience, they have a huge showroom and everything I purchased was available for next day delivery. I highly recommend Katy Furniture in Richmond to anyone looking for new furniture. Ask for Julie!
Don't buy furniture from Katy furniture present in Katy, TX. I have bad experience with their products in less than 8 month of the purchase. The product purchased was Dinning table and Sofa. Dinning table- Chair handle broken in less than 3 months and Sofa - stitching came off in 6 months and reclining made defective functioning. Service after the sale has been horrible! I purchased in October, furniture delivered a week later. My chair broke after 3 sit ins. Today is Feb 19 problem has not been resolved. They pass you around to "so called managers" & peons answer and want to know how they can help. I have yet to speak to a higher manager after all I have been through! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I don't even get on review websites but have just to write this review and will on any other consumer review sites. This is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with in my life, by far. I am still waiting for a couch that I have paid for (including and extra 100 for delivery).
