DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I purchased a dining room set on 10/23 for Thanksgiving. Then on 11/13 I purchased a bedroom set. Also to be delivered on 11/19. They called me 2 days before and did NOT have the table. Called and told me to pick out a new one. None of the tables in stock matched my chairs. I proposed they let me borrow the floor model until the table comes in from manufacturer. They said NO. Asked if I could purchase floor model at a slight discount for the small damage, NO. Thank you Stephanie, we had a great shopping experience on Labor Day, we needed a new dining room set and it was delivered to us the same day. Will definitely be back to buy our bedroom set.

Worse place ever!!!!! Don’t buy nothing in here!!!!! The manager is a nobody he is just a manager floor his words!!!!! I have a broken table in my house and they dont want to do anything!!!!! Oh they want to fix it after a month and the table is not even fixiable!!!!!! I’ll never buy here again!!!!! Stay away from here I just talked to a friend of mine this happened to her as well!!!! It can happen to you!!!!! Don’t buy in here!!!!!

I just had Carlos and Aaron deliver furniture to my house- they were excellent! Not only was my furniture unloaded and stored quickly and efficiently, but they were very kind and presented themselves professionally.

I went to katy furniture to purchase everything for my new house. I got there and Edgar greeted me at the front door. He was very professional and asked me what I was looking to purchase. I explained to him that I just purchased a new house and I was shopping around for prices even though I knew that they have low prices. Awful experience. :-( Save your time and frustration and shop someplace else. My wife and I took my parents there. There were in need of a new bed frame. Terrible service, low end quality furniture. My parents really didn't want to go anyplace else so we tried to buy it from Katy Furniture. It's been over a week, still no bed frame. We called repeately and tried to schedule pickup and they refuse to release our order. Just down right frustrating. Save your time and shop at Rooms To Go or Ashley or any other place. Went to Katy Furniture to buy Grandfather clock. Apparently, the one we wanted was not in stock and were told that they won't bring one unless we order the one. No way to see how it looks, and were told that product can look different than the advertised picture. And on top of that, they won't even place an order till we make the payment. So, they are trying to sell the product that they cannot guarantee on color and won't accept a return if the color does not match the advertisement. Rip off, stay away from these guys.

I went to Katy furniture and everything look very nice I was going to buy a sofa set but could not afford the delivery I just decided to look at some review about this store and I'm glad I did one thing I did notice is that a response is givien only to the reviews that states positive things about the store why not address the one with the negative resides this is clearly a sign.
