This furniture store sells lemons. Mr. Bill is great! He helped me without being overly helpful. I went in knowing what I wanted and he kindly helped.
My feeling is Business policy is not customer friendly. Ordered items, wanted refund with in 24 hours of placing order for 1 item, Delivery is not scheduled.which has a 6week minimum delivery time, not in stock with these people, They refused to refund any money. My suggestion: Buy from some store where your money is safe and where they want return customers.. Think of : if they deliver defective item, what happens? I would have given 0 stars, if it allowed to.

Let’s just mention that this store tricks you into its doors with their low publicized prices. Got there and these low prices are for CASH sales only. If you’re using credit it’s an extra $200 per piece. Don’t let me forget to mention the delivery fees can be as high as $200 and up if you don’t live next door to the store. Be careful shopping here and study carefully what you’re paying for. You might end up doing better price wise going with one of the main stream retailers that have free/low delivery.
